Trying to fetch a metadata.xml file from a dev's space fails with error 503 (I've tried yesterday and today, so doesn't seem to be a "temporary" problem):

$ wget http://dev.gentoo.org/~jlec/paste/metadata.xml

The file exists and is accessible:

jlec could have opted out of .xml-by-default-via-gorg as per infra documentation (https://wiki.gentoo.org/index.php?title=Project:Infrastructure/Developer_Webspace&oldid=414106#Supported_languages)

Given gorg is more than dead now and noone seems to care for their old docs, this default is changed now.
