Hello Gentoo Developers,

    Please version bump dev-python/pyrax.

    GitHub reports the latest release is v1.9.6.
    https://github.com/rackspace/pyrax/tree/v1.9.6

    Launchpad.net reports the latest release is v1.9.7 which is available for installation via pip on Ubuntu.
    https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyrax/1.9.7

    pip install pyrax --upgrade --quiet && pip freeze | grep pyrax
    pyrax==1.9.7

    I'm not certain where the ultimate upstream resides since I cannot find any pyrax repository tagged at v1.9.7.
