Patch resolving the bug

When you draw a line with dash-dotted line style (-.-, -..-, -...-) xfig crashes. To reproduce draw a line, edit properties, change line style to "-.-" and apply the changes.

The issue is solved by the attached patch.

I would like to suggest to apply the patch through portage.
