Renaming of the 4.7 ebuild works for me:

additional Note:
The only remaining patch in files dir kphotoalbum-4.6.2-bump-min-cmake.patch can be deleted. Since the version that needed the patch, was removed.

Whoa, somebody was really fast here, I wrote a bug right after writing the official release announcement, but this one is older ;-)

Anyway, here's again what I wanted to say about 4.7.1:

KPA 4.7.1 is out now, cf. https://www.kphotoalbum.org/news/?item=0090#item0090

This is a bugfix release dedicated to regressions found in the last version. Please remove 4.7 from the tree in favor of 4.7.1. Thanks :-)

... and please make USE="face" depend on kde-apps/libkface-15.08.3 and USE="geolocation" depend on kde-apps/libkgeomap-15.08.3. At least, I can't build it here with older versions of those libraries.
