It's really hard to replace the use of 'overlay' term with 'repository' when the project name shouts otherwise. I think we should really change that, and I'd like the other project members to express their opinion here.

What I mean here is:

1. Changing project name from Project:Overlays to Project:Repositories,

2. Changing 'overlays' to 'repositories' in all URLs, with permanent redirect for old URLs,

3. Renaming the Bugzilla component,

4. Possibly creating a new e-mail alias, with redirect from the old one.

Your thoughts?

Why are we changing from 'overlay' to 'repository' in the first place?

Because repositories are not treated as overlays in Portage for many years already.

Repositories are not overlays, but overlays are repositories.

I'm not sure how renaming things helps?
