bootsplash 3.1 was released 31.03.2004 and contains a new utility "splashpbm" which is missing in the latest ebuild. I want it to be included in future ebuilds.
look at ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/stepan/bootsplash/rpm-sources/bootsplash/ for a download of bootsplash 3.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge bootsplash-0.6.1-r4

Actual Results:  
no splashpbm binary

Expected Results:  
a splashpbm binary

splashpbm has been included in 0.6.1-r5.
