The html documentation for dev-python/apsw-3.8.7.1_p1 when using the 'doc' use flag is missing. Only a Readme and a template file are installed.

Expected behavior: building and installation of the docs.

Bug #573316 may be related.

Fixed in newer versions (only versions in the tree now).
