suggested ebuild

Since PHP 5.4 is masked in portage and 5.6 is already in i'd ask to reflect this in dev-libs/ossp-uuid.

i just changed this:

php-5.5 is gone too, so neither stable version of ossp-uuid can build the PHP extension. If possible, please stabilize v1.6.2-r6.
