rp-l2tp is important for L2TP/IPsec VPNs, the new version 0.4 has important fixes, my local ebuild is attached.

Tested the ebuild with success. Also, I've taken a peek intothe patch and it looks OK.

rp-l2tp-0.4.ebuild and rp-l2tp-0.4-gentoo.diff.bz2 should be copied into appropriate places and issued a digest computing.

The new ebuild should have KEYWORDS="~x86 ~amd64" for about a month. After this period, it should be marked as stable and old ebuild should be removed from portage tree. Also, rp-l2tp-gentoo-0.3-gentoo.diff.bz2 should be erased from distfiles.
