For some time, stable OpenRC has had both /sbin/rc and /sbin/openr.;
however, /sbin/rc is deprecated and will be removed in the future.

We need to change the default inittab to refer to /sbin/openrc wherever
it refers to /sbin/rc.

I can do this with a revbump if you want, but advise me whether this should
go through the 30 day stabilization cycle or whether we can go
straight to stable.

we don't normally commit to stable unless it's a critical issue.  this doesn't sound like such a scenario.

This is fixed in 2.88-r8.
