It seems that I am unable to receive mails from llvm.org bugzilla instance.

Figured out so far:

1. Bugzilla lists me in 'e-mail sent to' thingy, so it supposedly sends the mail,

2. I don't see any trace of the mail in /var/log/mail.* on woodpecker,

3. retyping mail forwarded to me by voyageur (with changed 'to' address), I am able to get it.

Any idea how to debug it more?
