and a link to the exact stream you were listening to? I think it is probably a bug in the stream.
xmms-mad plugin crash when i play mp3 stream with gnump3d and when play any stream of www.shotcast.com example: http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutcast-playlist.pls?rn=3702&file=filename.pls If i disable this plugins stream play fine with pluging [libmpg123.so] Sorry for my bad english
If i play normal mp3 from harddisk the plugin work well
oh... xmms-mad. mod and mad are 2 different things. xmms-mad doesn't have streaming support. If you want to stream mp3s, you need to use mpg123. If you want streaming support in xmms-mad, you'll need to talk to the upstream developers.
