As of https://github.com/krakjoe/apcu-bc/issues/9 APCu-BC has to be loaded *after* pecl-apcu, otherwise it states that there is a missing symbol: "undefined symbol: zif_apcu_store in Unknown on line 0" Renaming installed ini file from "apc.ini" to "bc-apc.ini" (+ symlinks in /etc/php/{module}/ext-active) fixes that problem. Could that be because the ini file is named /etc/php/fpm-php7.0/ext-active/bc_apcu.ini/bc_apcu.ini instead of /etc/php/fpm-php7.0/ext-active/bc_apcu.ini? (Notice the extra "bc_apcu.ini" directory.)
