Attempting to emerge sys-devel/crossdev fails with:
!!! Couldn't download 'crossdev-20151026.tar.xz'. Aborting.

Looking in https://dev.gentoo.org/~vapier/dist/ shows that this file is not present, nor did I find anything that should obviously be a substitute for it.

Older versions of crossdev work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =sys-devel/crossdev-20151026
Actual Results:

Successful package installation
