Please stabilize the following package:
=dev-php/PEAR-Net_LDAP2-2.1.0 ~arm ~ppc64

We should skip the usual waiting period as this is currently blocking 2 security bugs relating to mail-client/roundcube.

@arches, as mentioned this is blocking multiple security bugs.  Please test and stabilize.

All previously stable arches have been stabilized.  PPC64 was picked up in a later commit.

@ppc64, it has been over 30 days since the ~ppc64 commit (29 Dec 2015).  Please stabilize and close this bug.
