The folder "/usr/portage/metadata/news/" without some news.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I run 'eselect news list'
2.I get some news with the question "removed?"
3.If I run 'eselect news read X', I get "!!! Warning: News item "XXXXXX" no longer exists"
Actual Results:  
I can not read some news.

Expected Results:  
I should read the news.

I can not read the news: "2009-04-18-java-config-wrapper-0.16", "2012-05-21-portage-config-protect-if-modified", "2012-11-06-PYTHON_TARGETS-deployment", "2013-06-07-portage-preserve-libs-default", "2013-08-23-emerge-language" and "2015-07-28-mysql-packaging-changes".

News items get removed when they're no longer relevant. eselect news should eventually get over it.
