The command "npm help --viewer=browser 7 config" reports an error opening
file:///usr/lib64/node_modules/npm/html/doc/misc/npm-config.html
because that file does not exist.

It would be nice to introduce the "html" USE flag for nodejs,
and build the npm html documentation if it's set.
