Based on my understanding, at least Q15 is an open-ended question. There isn't an easy answer to it that we can have in devmanual. Q6 can probably be documented.

#6 should never be documented, pure logical one.

Maybe a clarification about revbumping, simply removing or use.masking it would be interesting too

We usually ask all the things during review, if the recruitee read the PMS carefully, he/she never has a problem with the answer.
