ebuild for the development branch

stolen from some overlay (sorry I don't remember) and updated to work with the current release of the development branch (deps et al).

new version of the development branch ebuild

works with the latest development trunk (~f660771ecf4). botched bazar/launchpad support has been dropped in favor of git; sooner or later upstream will drop launchpad as well, so I preferred to stick to the github mirror.

new version

drops bzr dep in favor of git
Comment 4 jon R-B 2020-10-04 16:42:43 UTC
having a 9999 version of kicad, that is also slotted would be great. KiCad has entered feature freeze with a goal of releasing sometime early next year.

Being able to pull in the 9999 version will assist in debugging ahead of the release

9999 ebuild created. Primarily done to feedback report for the 6.0.0-rc but as a template for newer ebuilds.

NOTE: github useflag and build deps removed as this is now depreciated

Just to note, the metainfo patch and mv is no longer needed.

These ebuilds all work

https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/22854

they include the changes to the codebase (removal of oce, github etc)...
