Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge app-misc/ca-certificates
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Download from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org fails

Expected Results:  
A https protocol is used for downloading a file or better - the new http://archive.mozilla.org address is used.

Get list of 41 affected ebuilds:
grep -r /usr/portage/ -e "ftp://ftp.mozilla.org"

Nothing on the stable front is using the old depreciated ftp.mozilla.org/ The ebuilds that are in tree are left for archs that have not been able to make the move and will continue to get the files from gentoo mirrors.

If you feel I have closed your bug and it is still a current issue, please reopen and update it completely. We will not work bugs that have no ebuild in tree any longer or can not be reproduced with a current system.
