What is the purpose of these?
webapp_serverowned "${MY_HTDOCSDIR}"/index.php
webapp_serverowned "${MY_HTDOCSDIR}"/wp-admin/menu.php
webapp_serverowned "${MY_HTDOCSDIR}"

Even I set all of these to be owner by root it works just fine. Maybe some historical relic?

Shouldn't we rather create wp-content/uploads and make that webapp_serverowned so people can upload images?
