There is a new version ob available.

Version 3.6.2 changes properties file evaluation: Sc1 behaves more like SciTE with imports.include and imports.exclude working. The Language menu and the file types pull-down in file open dialogs are constructed by collecting values from each active properties file so are more responsive to including and excluding languages.

Please copy the scite-3.6.1.ebuild to scite-3.6.2.ebuild, create the digest and it compiles fine on x86 and amd64.
The requirements did not change.
