I think we should use the official URL for the CC-BY-SA license, namely http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ (or http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ if we relicense to 3.0, see bug 558732).

Um, we are? I don't see how https is any less official than http.
