https://api.gentoo.org/gentoo-keys/specs/glep-63-recommended.spec contains:

Expire-Date: 36m

which is acceptable for the master key, but:

https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/GLEP:63
says:

 Key expiry:

    Root key: 3 years maximum, expiry date renewed annually.
    Gentoo subkey: 1 year maximum, expiry date renewed every 6 months. 

The subkey expiry is in no way reflected in this spec.

Note that is mentioned in the recommendations parts, the current description is within the specifications

gkeys is long gone (and the gentoo-keys stuff from it is no longer on api.gentoo.org).
