gdal-grass-2.0.0-r1.ebuild

The dependency on grass should use a SLOT specifier to allow for rebuilds on dependency version bumps rather than a version range. Attached ebuild for gdal-grass-2.0.0-r1 with fixed dependency specification.

SLOT specification in grass is to be updated as part of bug 567734 and bug 566314.
