at least one of my tinderbox images blamed that package to create that file

A change was made to the pear eclasses on the 10th.

Please see if that improves things.

indeed - this is timing
(b/c the issue was for a looong time but I didn't found the time ((== I'm  a slacker) to let the tinderbox track it down to a particular package).

FWIW at a stable image I still do get this for the package  dev-php/PEAR-PEAR_Info at the image amd64-kde-stable_20151230-094942
