The cdiff program is (https://github.com/ymattw/cdiff) a 'Term based tool to view colored, incremental diff in a Git/Mercurial/Svn workspace...' but the gentoo package description is only 'Colored, side-by-side diff terminal viewer'. This program only works in Git/Mercurial/Svn workspace.
