2015-11-19 was released =net-p2p/i2p-0.9.23 Successfully builds with 0.9.22-r1 ebuild. Built version is operable (the only question was present at least in 0.9.22).

We were talking about it in #gentoo-java with Chewi that Sam has gone AWOL and a new maintainer would be a blessing since we're not so much into i2p, even though we can offer help if needed.
