Lilypond is at 2.2.4

Also, it doesn't seem to install the vim syntax extensions properly.

Ooh. Also, if anybody is really bored and wants to add the lilypond developmental branch into portage, that'd be great. The 2.2.X branch seems to be only getting backports at this point.
