i.e. luxmark is unable to detect cpu opencl provided by amdapp until you create  file /etc/OpenCL/vendors/my.icd with contents:  /opt/AMDAPP/lib/x86_64/libamdocl64.so

dev-util/amdapp: Add dependency on x11-drivers/ati-drivers

Let catalyst provide libOpenCL.so* and /etc/OpenCL/vendors files.
