The repository open-overly is no longer maintained [1].
This repository contained mainly ebuilds for mate-desktop environment.

I currently maintain ebuilds for mate-desktop 1.12 in:

https://github.com/oz123/gentoo-mate-112

I hope these ebuilds will be useful for gentoo users, and that the can  be integrated in gentoo's main repository.
