As in summary. kgamma would need a fix to be able to compile with cmake-3.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kde-apps/kgamma, assuming cmake-3.4 is installed
2. notice a build failure
3. downgrade to cmake <3.4
4. notice a successful build.
