Use compiled LDAP jar

The install script fetches pre-compiled jars for the extensions and uses those even though it does compile them also from source code.

Attached is a patch for ldap extension. More changes are probably needed for noauth, mysql, postgresql.

Oh, you are right! Thanks for reporting!
As a new version will get released very soon, I'll make the change with the next bump.
