signature produces dynamic signatures for livening up your e-mail and news postings. It enables you to sign your messages with a different sig every time. signature allows you to define a signature template containing static and placeholder text, the latter of which will be dynamically replaced with the output of fortune(6) or any other program whenever a signature is required. As an alternative, you can also create your own quote file containing your favourite tag lines. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Created attachment 35134 [details] The ebuild.
Created attachment 35135 [details] signature-0.14.ebuild Please don't attach tarballs. Just the ebuild as text/plain is fine.
Some suggestions: * Fix your header. Take out that Maintainer: line and the Ebuilder spam * Any reason you can't use econf? * What, no IUSE? * What, no KEYWORDS? * Take out the S= line

Created attachment 35235 [details] Corrected ebuild using econf.
Another bit of suggestion. * Use econf with no arguments since you don't need them * Use make instead of emake Change it and I'll add it ASAP. If you don't, this will be re-queued in my ToDo list :P Cheers, Ferdy
