The GLEP was requested by Council to clean out herd/project/metadata.xml issues in one complete proposal, and the current draft is after the first reviews. Therefore, I'd like to get an official GLEP no for it. The current version is available at [1].

Please update from https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/User:MGorny/GLEP:67. I've reordered <name/> and <email/> to use consistent ordering everywhere, and added <url/> for projects. This is in sync with the current Infra-generated output.

Yes, that was the version the Council voted on. Though per GLEP 1, I'd defer calling it final until it is live.
