installed by following these instructions n0Body: ok, you need to edit /etc/make.conf and uncomment or add a line like 'PORTDIR_OVERLAY="/usr/local/portage"', then 'mkdir -p /usr/local/portage/app-cdr/pigeon/files', then put that ebuild in /usr/local/portage/app-cdr/pigeon/, then run 'ebuild /usr/local/portage/app-cdr/pigeon/pigeon-0.4.1.ebuild digest', then 'mkdir /etc/portage/', then 'echo "app-cdr/pigeon" >>/etc/portage/package.keywords', then you can 'emerge pigeon' then got error from emerge re: file not found /usr/portage/app-cdr/pigeon/files/digest-pigeon-0.4.1.tar.gz so copied /usr/local/portage/app-cdr/pigeon /usr/portage/app-cdr/ then ran emerge again and got: checking for gstreamer-0.7... DEPEND and RDEPEND needs to be split out (currently you RDEPEND on pkg-config et al. Bad habit.) Would probably be good to wait for upstream to release a version working against gstreamer 0.8.
