Starting with xorg-server 1.16 glamor has been merged into the server itself. You should uninstall glamor and enable the glamor use flag for x11-base/xorg-server. Perhaps x11-libs/glamor should block >=x11-base/xorg-server-1.16?

External glamor is dead.
