tomcat-5.0.25 is too old and so the ebuild's SRC_URI is broken. It can now be downloaded from Aparche archives only: http://archive.apache.org/dist/jakarta/tomcat-5/v5.0.25/bin/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.25.tar.gz
