Raker is pretty much inactive. He hasn't commited to cvs in a month his mail is bouncing, and all of his packages are in desperate need of active maintainers. Avenj and I discussed the situation, and agreed that raker just needs to be retired. I've discussed this with a couple of you who agreed. So, let's retire him. Kurt, please kill his accounts. If raker decides to come back day, and can prove to use that he will be active again, and can find a mentor to guide him through the new dev process like the rest of the new devs, then I don't have a problem taking him back, unless any of you say otherwise. As of right now, raker's forward has been removed since his mail is bouncing, and his accounts are frozen. We have no way to get in touch with him at all. Avenj has given me a list of packages that raker maintained, I'll try and track down new maintainers for them.
