when will be ebuild?

I did just copy the ebuild with the new version
and some patch from 2.4.2.6 unsuitable for 2.8 because no dir /files/usr/
I am comment all patch in src_prepare() and it will be compiled
but I have not run applets.

there is an overlay http://gpo.zugaina.org/Overlays/open-overlay/gnome-extra
I emerge and basically works
but there are some bugs...
