The Portage Tools team has decided not to split gentoolkit-dev from gentoolkit and has moved everything back to the gentoolkit-dev branch in the gentoolkit repository.

Please remove the proj/gentoolkit-dev.git repository

I've commented out the repository entry for it. It will still physically exist but gitolite won't let people access it or list it. If you really insist, I can ssh and remove the data physically but I don't think that's really necessary unless you had some sensitive data there ;-).
