Why are you trying to install static-dev on a udev-based system?
I just update my system. This package is someone dependence: # emerge -auNDv world These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies ... done! [Yes/No] n Quitting.
# equery d sys-fs/static-dev * These packages depend on sys-fs/static-dev: virtual/dev-manager-0 (sys-fs/static-dev)
It looks like you are mixing amd64 and ~amd64 packages. Please make sure you have the same keywording level for all of these packages: virtual/udev virtual/libudev virtual/libgudev sys-fs/eudev
it seems to solve this problem, thank you!
