Dragging archived items from any archive handled by xarchiver over to the desktop crashes xarchiver with a segmentation fault. It doesn't crash while dragging over Thunar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a tar.gz in xarchiver 2. drag an item over the desktop Actual Results: xarchiver crashes. Expected Results: No crash. Archive opened from Thunar or from xarchiver itself. Created attachment 496992 [details, diff] /etc/portage/patches/app-arch/xarchiver-0.5.4/window.patch I recently stumbled upon this patch by a user named `shinonome` on sourceforge ( https://sourceforge.net/p/xarchiver/bugs/88/#2f86 ). I only added some sensible description to the patch header. The patch fixes the issue.
