monkey-bubble-3.2 failed to compile, indicating that it cannot find gstreamer-gconf. It's actually installed in the gst-plugins -package which is not listed in the dependencies for monkey-bubble-3.2.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ensure that gst-plugins is not installed on your system
2. # emerge monkey-bubble
Actual Results:  
monkey-bubble-3.2 didn't compile

Expected Results:  
monkey-bubble-3.2 should compile and install

gst-plugins should be marked as a dependency for the package
