I suggest to add a useflag to kde-apps/konqueror (named for example 'filemanager') to add a dependency to kde-apps/dolphin. In this way the correct version dolphin:4 will be installed instead of KF5 version without having to manually mask it.

Thanks to Andreas. This change will hit the tree when KDE Applications 16.04.3 is released.
