Description Cooper 2015-10-03 07:18:30 UTC
I'm running into this on a Samsung ARM chromebook (exynos5250-snow, A15 hardfp vfpv4-neon).

This issue was reported to the developers via IRC by 'freanux' on 28 march 2015: http://echelog.com/logs/browse/openal/1427497200

It was owned up by a developer a few hours later, with a reference to the fix that needs to be made to which source file: http://echelog.com/logs/browse/openal/1427583600

Removing the neon use flag allows the current package to build.

Somewhat surprised this is laying dormant for over a month already.
Comment 5 Oleh 2015-12-05 17:03:20 UTC
how about openal-0.17.0? There was a change regarding mixer_neon.c
Comment 6 Oleh 2015-12-05 17:03:38 UTC
1.17.0 precisely
Comment 7 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2018-01-14 11:27:35 UTC
Please re-open if this is reproducible with >=1.17.2.
