The main page contains the sentence:

Users that are interested in becoming a Gentoo Developer are encouraged to also read the Gentoo Developer Handbook.

The link to the Gentoo Developer Handbook is broken.

In the section `Details`

 please see the Gentoo Developer Handbook which is currently still only available as part of our old website.

The link is broken.

Probably better to have this is a separate bug. Now in bug 561790.

Delete reference to the Devrel Handbook.

Simplest solution is to remove that sentence. See attached patch.
