When playing an mp3 of variable bit rate in Beep Media Player, the entry for Beep in KDE's taskbar flickers.  I'm using KDE 3.2.3 and Beep 0.9.6.1.  Not sure if this is a bug for KDE or beep.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up Beep in KDE
2. Make certain a KDE taskbar applet is being displayed
3. Open and play a VBR mp3 in Beep
4. Watch for Beep entry in taskbar flicker

Actual Results:  
Beep flickers in the taskbar.

Expected Results:  
Beep should not flicker in the taskbar, and should behave as it does for
constant-encoded mp3s.

Just noticed a similar issue come up for BitTorrent windows, they also flicker in the taskbar applet.

It's a bug of KDE. Not only Beep's taskbar entry flicks. There are a lot of application that causes this bug. For example if I run GIMP and open an existing file I'll get a 100% CPU load of KDE (not GIMP). It starts updating windows and taskbar gone crazy :(
