I am not sure why this was assigned to me - I am not using cbqinit, could you be a bit more verbose on the kind of love the scripts needs?

cbqinit initscript stopping always fails.

Since it does not seem to have a valid return code, I'll just let it always be successful for now... in portage, thanks for the hint.
