Hello.

bash-completion uses '/usr/share/dict/words' file provided by sys-apps/miscfiles package in completions/dict (see the original bug [0]). But bash-completion also has completions/aspell to utilize installed aspell dictionaries, which serves the same purpose: complete words from installed dictionary files.

Please adjust sys-apps/miscfiles dependency to be either one of sys-apps/miscfiles or app-text/aspell.
